General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for the rental of therapy and office rooms provided under the Centrum Terapeutyczne Płaszowska 25 brand by:

(hereinafter: the “Centre”).
These Terms form an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Centre and the Tenant.
Accepting the Terms is voluntary but necessary in order to use the Centre’s services.
Definitions
- Centre: the trade name under which the room rental business is run by GS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Płaszowska 25 lok. 1, 30-713 Kraków, NIP 6793317716, KRS 0001144358, REGON 540426181.
- Tenant: a natural person running a business, a legal person or an organisational unit that has concluded a room rental agreement with the Centre.
- Room: a fully furnished space made available to the Tenant for running a therapeutic, psychological, dietetic, medical or other practice approved by the Centre.
- Block: the unit of rental time: morning (6:00–15:00), afternoon (15:00–23:00) or full day (6:00–23:00).
- Booking: an order to rent a specific room at a specific time, confirmed by the Centre.
- Patient / Client: a person using the services provided by the Tenant on the Centre’s premises.
Scope of the service and room types
The Centre offers the following categories of rooms for rent:
- Small room: intended for individual consultations (rooms no. 1, 3, 4, 6).
- Large room: intended for work with couples, families or groups (rooms no. 2, 5).
- Office room: intended for administrative work or consultations that do not require specialist therapeutic equipment (room no. 7), charged at the small room rate.
Each room is equipped with furniture, lighting and the basic equipment needed to run a practice. The Tenant has access to a shared waiting room for patients and to staff facilities.
Booking and conclusion of the agreement
Rooms are rented in one of two forms:
- Weekly slot rental: a recurring block (half-day or full-day) on a fixed day of the week, for a fixed or indefinite period.
- Permanent rental of a whole room: the exclusive right to the room at all times, under a separate agreement.

The rental agreement is concluded in writing or in documentary form (email) once the availability of the room has been confirmed and both parties have accepted the terms.
Payments
The current price list is available on the Centre’s website and is provided to the Tenant before the agreement is concluded. All prices are gross prices.
The service is paid for:
- monthly in arrears, in the case of a permanent rental, on the basis of a VAT invoice with a 7-day payment term.
The Centre accepts payments by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Other forms of payment require individual arrangement.
In the event of late payment, the Centre may charge statutory interest for late payment in commercial transactions and suspend the use of the room until the amount due has been paid.
Termination of the agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with one month’s notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.
Notice of termination must be given in writing or in documentary form (email to gabinety@plaszowska25.pl) and is effective upon delivery to the other party.
During the notice period, the Tenant retains the right to use the booked block and remains obliged to pay the amounts due on time on the existing terms.
Rules for using the rooms
The Tenant undertakes to use the room in accordance with its intended purpose and in a way that does not disturb the work of other Tenants.
In the rooms:
- quiet and discretion must be maintained,
- smoking, the use of open flames and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited,
- animals are not allowed (except assistance dogs for people with disabilities),
- the room must be left in an undamaged condition after work.
Keys, access cards or codes to the room are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.
Tenant obligations
In particular, the Tenant is obliged to:
- hold the qualifications required to practise the profession in which they provide services in the rented room,
- hold their own professional liability insurance, if required by law or industry regulations,
- settle accounts for the services provided directly with their patients/clients,
- observe professional secrecy and protect the personal data of their patients/clients (the Tenant is an independent data controller within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to their patients),
- report any faults and damage to the Centre without delay,
- pay the amounts due under the agreement on time.
Liability of the parties
The Centre is responsible for providing:
- a working, equipped room at the agreed time,
- access to utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet),
- cleanliness of the common areas and the waiting room,
- basic technical maintenance of the building.
The Centre is not liable for:
- the quality or effects of the services provided by the Tenant to patients/clients,
- items left by the Tenant or their patients in the room or in the common areas,
- interruptions in utilities caused by reasons beyond the Centre’s control.
The Tenant is fully liable for any damage to the room and the Centre’s property caused through their fault or the fault of persons they brought onto the premises.
Complaints
Complaints about the services provided can be submitted:

A complaint should include the Tenant’s details, a description of the subject of the complaint and the expected resolution.
The Centre will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will inform the Tenant of the outcome.
Personal data protection
The rules for processing the personal data of Tenants and people contacting the Centre are set out in a separate document: the Privacy policy.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
The parties undertake to resolve any disputes arising from the agreement amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the common court having jurisdiction over the Centre’s registered office.
The Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms in the event of significant changes in the law, technology or the scope of its services. Tenants will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance by email or on the Centre’s website.
These Terms enter into force on 15 May 2026.
